BIOGRAPHY

I lead organizations to breakthrough innovations by thinking big and being customer obsessed. Working backwards from real customer problems, I arrive at solutions that deliver true customer and business value. Using tools and methodologies including design thinking and lean startup, I combine my expertise in innovation, design thinking, human-centered design, product management and lean Agile practices to create delightful experiences that drive quantifiable results.

My professional experience includes Amazon, Boeing, Dassault Systemes, Heinz, and other global corporations. I also have experience leading startup and second stage companies.

​

I completed my undergraduate studies at Yale University and Carnegie Mellon University and received my MS in Human Computer Interaction from Iowa State University.  I was a 2-sport athlete in college and a member of the St. Anthony Hall society at Yale.

 

I reside in Sullivan’s Island, SC, and Pittsburgh, PA.
